Through the Apricot Centre we offer various different services:

People We work with children, adults, families and organisations. We are associated with Creative Partnerships in the Tendring Area, and work as Creative Practitioners in CP and Eastfeast Projects. Psychotherapy Private Hours for individuals, couples, and families. Working with a Process Oriented and Family Therapy approach, you can book private sessions with Mark O'Connell on 01206 230425 (ask us to ring you back) or email info@apricotcentre.co.uk . Process Groups - See our events page for upcoming groups and seminars on themes such as; dreamwork, couple work, conflict resolution, ecopsychology. Our seminars are usually open to the public and are focused on CPD as well. School Projects and Workshops - Children and Teachers- In association with Creative Partnerships and EastFeast we have offered various events at the Apricot Centre which are also available directly to schools; Labyrinth workshops, Clay Oven Making, Apple Pressing, Creativity Workshops, Cookery, Woodland Crafts, and many more. Food Marina is an experienced Organic Fruit Grower, training and giving experiences to adults and children on themes such as; Organic Growing, Permaculture, and Biodynamic Growing, as well as courses on Food Preparation, Preserves, Apple Juice Pressing etc.. Food Making Courses/Workshops - We offer workshops for children and for adults on food making and preparation, focussing on high quality local and organic produce much of which is grown on site. Apple Pressing, Salad Making, Pizza & Bread Making, Cooking in a Clay Oven and more. Food Growing - We specialise in courses on organic, biodynamic and permaculture growing methods. You will find specific courses around these themes throughout the year on our events page. And we welcome direct enquiries for specific interests. |
Energy We aim increasingly to offer courses and workshops which offer training and learning on Energy Efficiency, Sustainable Resources, Renewable Energy etc..

Land We approach Ecopsychology as a broad theme holding as a central focus our reciprocal relationship with the environment. We approach this in many ways through our courses, open days, and our work in association with Creative Partnerships.
