It is generally agreed that there is more need for research on possible health benefits of organic produce. The organic trade association (OTA) website has some interesting links to research on nutrition and organic growing. With information on nutrients, minerals,  trace elements, pesticides exposure, vitamins, antioxidants, beneficial fatty acids.
