I am a Clinical Psychologist and have over 15 years of experience working in the NHS and private mental healthsettings. During this time, I have worked with children, adults and families from a diverse range of backgrounds. I currently work with the Apricot Centre (CIC) and as a Clinical Psychologist in an NHS Community Mental Health Team.

My practice is based on drawing on a broad range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as integrating Systemic and Psychodynamic principes.

In both my assessment and therapeutic work, I aim to work in an integrative way depending on the needs of thechild, young person and family I am working with. At the heart of my approach is building a warm, compassionate and therapeutic space.
