I have been working in mental health services since 2003 and qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2009, at University College London. Since then, I have specialised exclusively with children, adolescents and their families.

Currently, I work part-time for the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service (EWMHS) in Essex. I also work in the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service, where I supervise Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners. In November 2020, along with the team of Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners that I supervise, I won the 2020 Parliamentary Award for Excellence in Mental Health Care for the East of England. In addition to my clinical commitments, I am an honorary lecturer on the doctoral training course at the University of Essex.
