  • Join our busy farm team for this permanent role, overseeing and then working with a team to deliver all aspects of the sale of farm produce, including fresh veg, fruit, eggs, meat, flowers and flour, and additionally sourced high quality artisan produce that fits with our ethos. It is a very busy and highly operational role split between the adjacent office and pack house coordinating all aspects of the veg and product delivery round, the Totnes Friday market and wholesale markets. It would suit a dynamic person ready to step into any aspect of the process to make it work. Duties include but not exclusively: managing the online shop; customer services; packing produce for customer orders; working with the farm team to prepare harvest and pre-packing lists for the delivery round; ordering and sourcing produce; market pack and attending the market to sell our produce; training new staff.

    Candidates will be subject to criminal disclosure check. Candidates must be able to drive.

    The Apricot Centre CIC is an organic and biodynamic farm, education and wellbeing service based in Dartington, Devon. Produce is delivered by electric van to 180 customers a week, sold on Totnes Friday market, and wholesaled to shops and restaurants.

    Salary: £22 - 24.5k per annum. 37.5 hours per week.

  • We are seeking experienced specialist psychologists and advanced practitioners to support our work as an Ofsted registered Adoption Support Service, providing therapeutic interventions and support to looked after and adopted children, their carers, and their families. Our work is informed by theories of attachment, trauma, and child development with a wide ranging and innovative approach, including a strong interest in working with ‘nature connection’, promoting creativity and supporting resilience and relationships in communities as environments where young people can thrive.

    Your role will be to provide high quality specialist and multidisciplinary assessments, formulations and bespoke psychologically informed therapeutic interventions. You will also be required to deliver 1:1 therapies with children, adolescents or adults, therapeutic parenting work, family interventions, and to hold and participate in multi professional meetings and therapeutic reviews. You will also provide professional reports in support of your work to be shared with other agencies. Any work undertaken will be by agreed contract and predefined costed interventions and will be on a self employed basis.
