Project Coordinator

I joined the team in March 2021 after completing a Permaculture Design Certificate with The Apricot Centre. Before this I spent 7 years working for Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) delivering resilient livelihoods projects and managing cross-sector partnerships in Africa, Asia and the UK. My career in international development focused on supporting smallholder farmers, youth employment, social inclusion, enterprise development and community resilience.

I'm passionate about enabling young people to get involved in regenerative agriculture, and currently coordinate the Kickstart project which offers paid placements to 18-24 year olds with local growers and food producers. Kickstarters learn about regenerative and resilient food systems as well as being offered mentoring and well-being support.

In my free time I love growing my own vegetables and flowers, cycling, yoga, walking on Dartmoor and running around after my toddler.
