Registered Mental Health Nurse & Post Graduate Diploma Systemic Practice
I qualified as a Mental health Nurse in 1992 and have worked for the NHS in Plymouth CAMHS over the last 33 years. During this time, I completed a BSc Degree in Children & Young Persons Mental Health from Bristol (2006) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Systemic Practice in 2015.
I have worked clinically across hospital and community services, progressing into leadership roles.
I have extensive experience supporting young people and their families, with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and eating disorders. My practice is trauma-informed and sensitive to neurodiversity, providing a safe and compassionate space.
I offer individual and systemic therapy, working collaboratively to promote understanding, resilience, and lasting change.
I have grown up in rural Devon and have a love of the outdoors, spending time walking and gardening to remain physically and emotionally healthy
