MENTOR

I am a lover of being outdoors and helping others get the most of what natural environments can offer. I do this through facilitating nature connection and creative practices. I have been a qualified forest school leader since 2018 and have been running weekly groups since 2021.

In 2009 I started a journey to learn about the land and I have worked on, lived in and studied natural environments and land based practices. These explorations have given me a hands-on and experiential understanding about how to be sustainable and harmonious with the land in which we dwell.

I have learnt skills such as permaculture, mediation, buddhist philosophy, living in communities and many different crafts. I have developed and continue to develop a nature based art practice, and I am a poet. My work with people in the outdoors deeply informs this anchor in my life.

My aims are to help raise people's self esteem and wellness through simple craft activities, nature connection and play.
