Counsellor

I’m an experienced, NCS accredited counsellor in my mid-thirties. The therapeutic work I do is mindfulness-based and inspired by teachers such as Eckhart Tolle. I studied at Heartwood College of Counselling and have since worked as a self-employed counsellor as well as through the Apricot Centre. I’ve offered counselling through home-education support groups and often hold a therapeutic role at large events such as Buddhafield Festival.

As a keen poet, with a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing, I run regular writing workshops often on the theme of Haiku.

When I’m not counselling or teaching, I can usually be found playing my bass guitar, hiking on Dartmoor or enjoying a coffee and a good book in a café!
